Caricature entertainment package:
'On-the-spot' caricatures created at your special event - here's what you get with your hire package:
- Caricatures created at a start time that’s convenient for you and up until 11pm (finish time depends on venue location).
- Hire the caricature entertainment service for 2, 3 or 4 hours.
- Continuous caricatures are drawn on easel throughout the period of hire.
- Each person takes approximately *5 minutes to draw (black and white caricatures with black line and shading on A3 paper).
- Hire charge covers caricatures produced (guests don't have to pay for their caricatures).
- Clear, sealed, a bag to protect the caricature.
- Free 'personalised printed paper' featuring the title and date of the event.
- Safe knowledge that the Artist has full 'Public Liability Insurance'.
- Price includes the travel time/costs to your event.
- Photos of your guests (with their permission) with their caricatures emailed to you after the event.
- Last and most importantly of all... unique entertainment for you and your guests with smiles, fun and lots of laughter!
Numbers 6, 7 and 10 above are special extras included, that not all caricature artists provide with their packages - wahoooo!
The hire charge will depend on where your **venue is, plus how long you'd like me for.
A £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with the balance paid 7 days before the event by either bank transfer or cheque. Please email me for a quote and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
*A precise number per hour can't be guaranteed I'm afraid, as subjects do behave differently when queueing and posing for a caricature. The range of numbers quoted above are a good idea of what can be achieved with a continuous and unbroken queue.
**Please bear in mind that I will be travelling from Gloucester. If your venue location is over an hour and a half travelling distance by car from me, I will require over-night accommodation. This will be reflected in the quotation I provide you.
